We are very fortunate to have formed an alliance with Frank C. Weed who is now working with us in our North Palm Beach office. Frank’s experience includes overseeing numerous real estate developments as the CEO of Medallist Development, Inc. Recently he has been involved with developing properties in Georgia, Florida, Mexico, Honduras and Panama. Frank’s knowledge and experience with real estate acquisition, entitlement, financing and marketing has proven to be a valuable asset to us and our clients.   

David Frodsham, EI has recently joined East Bay Group as a civil engineer.  As an engineering graduate from Penn State University we are looking forward to David assisting with our ongoing projects in Central America. David recently spent 2 years in Panama as a member of the Peace Corps where he oversaw the installation of potable water systems in remote mountain villages. Welcome, David.

Congratulations to Gilbert Rodriguez for acquiring his LEED certification. Gilbert is an engineer in our Port St. Lucie office and he has been instrumental in helping our civil site design teams adopt a new, more environmentally friendly approach to site design and water resources management. Gilbert, thanks for the valuable lessons.
