Panama – East Bay Group has partnered with Select Panama Real Estate, Premier Marketing, The Genesis Group and Sullivan Bros. Construction to form United Americas Group. UAG offers turnkey land acquisition, project planning, design and construction services to land owners and developers. This support extends from concept to project sell-out. With a high energy American –styled drive, UAG provides a depth of experience, base of contemporary knowledge and a extensive network of international contacts.   

Nigeria – In partnership with Trans Atlantic Development Company, a master development agreement has been executed for three new communities in Nigeria. These new communities are being undertaken with both public and private support. The projects include over 2,000 single and multi-family housing units as well as all of the supporting infrastructure, utility systems and off site improvements.
